Insulation for floors – thermo-acoustic insulation floor
Applications:
– thermo-acoustic insulation system composed of threaded wood fibre panels fitted with fir battens for the nailing down of the solid wood floor. The battens have a thickness of 5 mm less than the panel in order to eliminate the direct transmission of noise from walking on the floor. The stand-alone wood fibre grooved panels (without battens) can be used as strong sound-absorbing layers under floating parquet or waferboard.
– in accordance with DIN V 4108-10

Technical data:
thermal conductivity: λ=0,039 W/mK
density: 150 kg/m³
factor of resistance to the diffusion of water vapour: μ=5

Prerogatives:
– excellent acoustic non-step and air insulation
– allows for the easy nailing (screwing) down of the soild wood tables
– excellent thermal insulation
-particularly breathable
– Climatic regulation due to its thermal inertia and absorbant ability
– Raumklima bei ensures a livable environment with ideal climatic qualities for the bio-building
– ecological and can be disposed of anywhere
– recyclable
– sanctioned by the Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik (German institute for building technology)
